Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. “Processing” includes picking, packing, and preparing your order for shipment.
You will receive another notification email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Estimated Shipping Times
Because we source our unique products from a network of global fulfillment partners to bring you the best prices, shipping times can vary. The times listed below are estimates in business days and begin after the order has been processed.
USA, Canada, UK, Australia & New Zealand: 8 – 18 business days
Europe (most countries): 10 – 20 business days
Rest of the World: 15 – 25 business days
Please Note:
These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, postal service delays, or holidays.
“Business days” are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 5 business days for the tracking information to become active and update in the carrier’s system.
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email after 5 business days, please check your spam folder and then contact us at [your-contact-email@stacktrending.com].
Shipment of Multiple Items
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we may ship products from different fulfillment centers. This means that if you order multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive at slightly different times. You will receive tracking information for each package that is sent.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
StackTrending.com is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges that may be imposed by your country’s customs office. The customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all such charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on your country’s policies. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Incorrect Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout before placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
StackTrending.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
